If you've saved ten jobs, applied to none, and reorganized your bookmarks instead, hi. Welcome. You're in the right place.

Job searching asks for a lot of executive function, a lot of rejection, and a lot of corporate jargon, and most of the advice out there was written for neurotypical brains. In this 90-minute workshop, Liora and Caitlin walk you through why the job search feels so hard for neurodivergent brains and what to do about it: handling rejection sensitivity, figuring out what to search for when you don't know the job title, building a routine around your actual energy, and breaking the resume rules you've been following too literally.

You'll leave with a plan and a packet of tools you can start using right after the call.
In this 90-minute live workshop, you'll learn:

  • Why your brain avoids job searching (hello, rejection sensitivity) and how to coax it back to the desk
  • How to handle rejection and ghosting without spiraling, including a punch card trick that earns you a treat for every no
  • How to figure out what you want when job boards ask for an exact job title. If you gather all the details first and reach a conclusion later, the career discovery exercise was made for you
  • A sustainable search routine built on strategic systems, emotional regulation, and energy management, where one good application a day is plenty
  • Systems that cut through overwhelm and decision fatigue: trackers, inbox labels, bookmark folders, and job board filters that surface roles posted in the last day or two
  • Resume rules to break, so the volunteer work, side projects, and team wins you've been leaving off finally make it on (yes, the Discord community you ran for ten years counts)

Plus live Q&A with Liora and Caitlin, two neurodivergent career coaches who've been exactly where you are.
Past rounds have covered cover letters, employment gaps, job searching over 50, pronouns on resumes, and networking for people who dread networking.
What you'll get

Everyone who registers gets the replay, the slides, and the transcript, plus:
  •  The career discovery worksheet
  • The sustainable search tracker (it has a checkbox that asks if you ate and peed before you sat down, because we love you)
  • Seven resume rules to break, with the subtext and scripts for wording things
  • Our job board database, sorted by the communities and types of work each board serves

This workshop is for you if:

  • You're applying consistently but getting ghosted
  • You're getting interviews but not offers
  • You know what you DON'T want, but aren't sure what you DO want
  • You have ten tabs open and no idea which job title to search
  • Your job search is draining every drop of energy you've got
  • You're tired of advice that assumes your brain works like everyone else's

Come as you are

Camera on or off, whatever is comfy. Grab a snack, a fidget, a glass of water. If you need to leave early, go ahead. The replay is coming either way.
